Failure often breeds fear and self-doubt. But failure can be our greatest teacher. Admitting your mistakes is an important step towards growth, resilience, and lasting success. This is why failure is important. and how learning from failure can unlock your potential.

1. Mistakes lead to development.
Every mistake gives feedback on where we could be improved. It does not mean thinking about the end; instead, it helps in identifying our self as a part of learning process that will take us towards better solutions.

Example: Thomas Edison failed around 1,000 times before he could finally come up with the invention for the light bulb. For each success, he was learning what did not work. And how close is he to the actual accomplishment.
2. Overcoming various obstacles
Failure determines resiliency — the ability to recover and continue working. Every time you encounter an obstacle and choose to persevere through it. We will create psychic power that is beneficial in every stage of life.
